Port Drayage refers to transportation of containers off of the piers at the port of delivery, over a relatively short distance to its next destination. At Carroll, we offer competitive port-to-door service throughout the country. We primarily serve ports in Norfolk VA, Charleston SC, Savanah GA, and Houston TX, but are able to serve any port necessary. Our equipment also allows us to serve clients with heavy weight shipments. No matter what the size, shape, or weight of your freight, our drayage processes are capable of handling it with ease.
Our competitively priced freight trucking services include over the road (OTR) and local full truckload (FTL) and port drayage throughout the country.
After a shipment has been picked up from the pier, Carroll can transport your shipment seamlessly across North America through our Intermodal and Transloading trucking services. We also offer secure warehousing services to our clients in Norfolk, VA and logistics planning for ports we are not physically in.
